How it works

1. Click the button and enter your order number, name and email address (the form is in Dutch).
2. Confirm your withdrawal. You will immediately receive a copy by email.
3. Within 1 working day we will send you the return instructions. You then have 14 days to send the items back.
4. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.
