Is your jewellery waterproof?

Yes. Our jewellery is made of stainless steel. Just keep it on in the shower, at the gym or while swimming. Browse all our waterproof jewellery.

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is steel that doesn't rust. It's strong and handles water well, which makes it ideal for jewellery you wear every day. Our gold-tone jewellery has a gold-coloured layer over the stainless steel.

Is the jewellery real gold or silver?

Almost all of our jewellery is made of stainless steel, in gold-tone or silver-tone. That makes it strong, waterproof and affordable. The material is listed in each product description.

How do I care for my jewellery?

A quick rinse and a pat dry with a soft cloth is all it takes. Find more tips in jewellery care: 7 tips (article in Dutch).

I don't know her ring size. What now?

Choose an adjustable ring. Many of our rings are adjustable, so they fit almost everyone. Browse the adjustable rings.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We ship with tracking. Your order arrives within 2-3 working days, and you'll receive the tracking link by email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Germany and Belgium costs €6.95 (bags €12.95) and is free on orders from €50. We also ship to the rest of Europe and to many countries outside Europe. You can see the shipping costs in your cart. Within the Netherlands, shipping is free from €25; below that it costs €3.95.

How do I return something?

Register your return within 14 days via [email protected] and then send it back to us within 2 weeks. Return shipping is at your own expense. If something went wrong with your order, we will of course cover the return costs. You'll find everything about returns on our shipping and returns page.

Will my order be gift-wrapped?

Yes, we gift-wrap every order. Jewellery comes in a luxury Lundholm gift box with a gift bag, ready to give.

Can I give a gift card?

Yes. With a gift card, the recipient can choose something themselves.

What is an RFID wallet?

Do you supply businesses?

Yes. We supply corporate gifts and Christmas gifts to companies, schools and organisations. Each gift is individually wrapped with a card, you pay by invoice, and for larger quantities we're happy to offer a custom price. Email [email protected] and we'll work out together what suits you.
